摘 要:目的:探讨微课教学在基础护理实训课中的应用效果。方法:选取六安市某卫生学院的2018级246名护理专业学生,将其分为对照组和研究组,分别采用传统教学模式和微课教学模式进行教学。比较两组学生的学习成绩,以及学生对微课的满意度。结果:两组学生理论成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组学生技能考核成绩、综合成绩和岗前考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.001)。调查内容的赞成度均在72.1%~94.3%,赞成加深知识理解、调查学习积极性、提高动手能力以及提高分析问题能力的学生比例甚至超过85%。结论:基于微课的教学模式可以提高教学效果,为微课在护理教学中的研究提供一定参考。Objective:To explore the application effects of Micro-course teaching in basic nursing practice.Methods:246 nursing majors of 2018 from a Health college in Lu,an city were selected and divided into control group and research group,with traditional teaching mode and Micro-course teaching mode,respectively.The academic performances of the two groups were compared and students’satisfaction with the Micro-course was investigated.Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the scores of skill assessment,comprehensive performance and pre-post assessment in the research group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The approval degree of the survey content was 72.1%-94.3%.The proportion of students in favor of deepening knowledge understanding,investigating learning enthusiasm,improving practical ability and the ability to analyze problems even exceeded 85%.Conclusion:The teaching mode based on micro-course can improve the teaching effects and provide some reference for the research of micro-course in nursing teaching.
