三种不同脐带处理方法对新生儿脐部结局的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨三种不同脐带处理方法对新生儿脐部结局的影响。方法:将某医院出生的600例足月新生儿随机分为常规护理+出生后第5天二次断脐处理组(A组)、常规护理至自然脱落处理组(B组)以及自然干燥法处理组(C组)。比较三组新生儿的脐部不良结局发生率、脐带脱落时间以及新生儿家长护理满意度。结果:相对于B组、C组,A组新生儿的脐部不良结局发生率相对更低、脐带脱落时间更短、新生儿家长满意度更高。结论:医院对新生儿脐带处理过程中,使用常规护理+出生后第5天二次断脐处理的方法能够降低新生儿脐部不良结局发生风险、促进脐带早期脱落、提升护理满意度。Objective:To investigate the effect of three different umbilical cord treatments on neonatal umbilical outcomes.Methods:600 fullterm neonates born in hospital were randomly divided into:routine nursing+second umbilical cord disconnection on the fifth day after birth treatment group(A group),routine nursing to natural abscission treatment group(B group)and natural drying treatment group(C group).The incidence of adverse umbilical outcomes,the time of umbilical cord abscission and the satisfaction of neonatal parents were compared among the three groups.Results:Compared with the routine care to the natural abscission treatment group and the natural drying method treatment group,the routine care+two-time umbilical cord disconnection on the fifth day after birth treatment group had lower incidence of adverse umbilical outcomes,shorter umbilical cord abscission time,and higher neonatal parents’satisfaction.Conclusions:In the process of neonatal umbilical cord treatment in our hospital,the use of routine nursing+two-time umbilical cord disconnection on the fifth day after birth can reduce the risk of adverse umbilical cord outcome,promote early umbilical cord shedding,and improve nursing satisfaction.
