摘  要:为丰富双层织物的花色品种,利用CAD软件设计独特的双层接结组织,并利用SGA598型半自动织样机将粗特摩擦纺包芯纱、扁平服饰辅料织成新颖的机织面料。介绍了织物的设计思路、设计方法、原料选择及上机工艺参数设计,实现了花型的创新设计及试织,并利用PS软件对织物的使用效果进行模拟,对试织织物的厚度、面密度、织物折皱回复性等性能进行测试。研究结果表明:粗特纱、扁平纱与接结组织的巧妙结合形成了风格独特的织物,实现了创新设计,增加了织物的花色品种,为创新设计提供一种新思路。In order to enrich the variety of double-layer weave fabrics,a unique double-layer knotting weave was designed by using CAD,and a novel fabric was woven by the semi-automatic loom SGA598 weaving the raw material between coarse count friction spinning core-spun yarn and flat clothing accessories.Those design of ideas and methods,the selection of raw materials and the design of process were introduced,which achieved the innovative design of pattern and trial weaving.The effect of application about trial fabric was simulated through PS,and some properties of the trial fabric such as the thickness,area density,wrinkle recovery were tested.The results indicated that a fabric with unique style was not only formed by skillfully combination of coarse yarn,flat yarn and knotting weave but also realized innovative design and increased the variety of fabrics,which provides a new idea for innovative design.
