摘  要:以C16-18脂肪酸为起始原料,采用无水的三氧化二铝和氧化钡为二元催化剂,与环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷发生加成反应,再引入末端甲基,得到的PO封端的脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物FMEE,将FMEE进一步与氯磺酸反应得到其磺化后的产物FMES,测试产物FMEE和FMES的泡沫、HLB值、乳化力、分散力等性能,并通过单因素试验确定了最佳精练效果时FMEE和FMES的质量比为1∶1。将FMEE与其磺化后的产物FMES作为精练剂的主要成分,通过复配渗透性能优异的伯烷基磺酸钠PAS-80、螯合分散剂乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠EDDHA-Na及其他助剂得到精练剂,应用于染厂脱脂棉和脱脂纱布前处理实际生产,织物的吸水性、白度等指标均符合工厂的要求。C16-18 fatty acid was polymerized with ethylene oxide and propylene oxide in condition of anhydrous Al 2O 3 and BaO as binary catalysts,methyl was introduced through methylation reaction,then FMEE was reacted with chlorosulfonic acid to obtain FMES,and the foam,HLB value,emulsifying power,dispersing power of FMEE and FMES were tested,the proportion of FMEE and FMES was 1∶1 through the single factor test,which has the best scouring effect.The non-ionic PO blocked FMEE and the anionic FMES were used as the main surfactant of scouring agent,two formulas of scouring agent were obtained,which were used in the pretreatment process of the plant respectively.The three formulas were composed with the penetrating agent PAS-80,the phosphate-free chelating agent EDDHA-Na and other auxiliary agents,the capillary effect is in line with the requirements of the plant.
