摘  要:为高效、经济地处理喷水织造产生的聚丙烯酸酯废水,采用螺旋对称流厌氧反应器(SSSAB)和气升式涡旋流好氧流化床反应器(AFB)联合处理工艺对其进行研究。结果表明:该工艺具有高效性,出水化学需氧量(COD)达到GB 4287—2012《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》间接排放标准,pH值和氨氮(NH 3—N)质量浓度达到直接排放标准,出水pH值为7.84左右,NH_(3)—N为5.73 mg/L左右,COD、NH_(3)—N的平均去除率分别为86.71%和76.56%,其中SSSAB和AFB的COD平均去除率分别为67.83%和49.45%,平均COD容积去除负荷分别为1.30和0.15 kg/(m^(3)·d);该工艺还具有经济性,能适应较大浓度负荷冲击,成本低、占地少,运行成本(以水量计算)为0.454元/t,占地面积(以水量计算)1.13 m^(2)/t,属于低能耗的集约型废水处理工艺。In order to be efficient and economical,the combined process of spiral symmetry stream anaerobic reactor(SSSAB)and airlift vorticity stream aerobic fluidized bed reactor(AFB)was used to treat water-jet weaving polyacrylate wastewater.The results show that the process is efficient,then the effluent COD meets the indirect discharge standard of Water Pollutant discharge Standard for Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industry(GB 4287—2012).The pH and NH_(3)—N meet the direct discharge standard,and the effluent pH is about 7.84.NH_(3)—N is about 5.73 mg/L,and the average removal rates of COD and NH_(3)—N are 86.71%and 76.56%,respectively.The average COD removal rates of SSSAB and AFB are 67.83%and 49.45%,respectively,and the average COD volumetric load is 1.30 and 0.15 kg/(m^(3)·d),respectively.The process is also economical,which can adapt to the impact of high concentration load,low cost and small land occupation.The operating cost and the area calulated by water is 0.454 yuan/t and 1.13 m^(2)/t,respectively.It is a highly economical and intensive wastewater treatment process.
