摘　　要：本项目既要满足单身男青年现如今高品质的独居需求,又要提前规划未来家庭三代六口人的居住诉求,分别从空间、功能和装饰三个方面提出设计策略,化解现实问题,实现相互开放、融合、灵活的空间状态,在功能上定义多种活动的可能性,同时利用几何现代元素装饰符合男青年主人公的气质和普遍大众化的审美需求,住宅整体采取解构和重组的设计理念,打造一个具有开敞又独特的高品质现代化住宅设计。最后,通过效果图分别展示客餐厅和主客卧等主要空间状态,为单身青年未来式住宅设计提供参考和借鉴。This project not only needs to meet the current high-quality single-living needs of single young men, but also plans in advance the living demands of three generations and six members of the family in the future. This project proposes design strategies to solve practical problems from three aspects of space function, and decoration.It realize the space state of mutual opening and integration, and functionally define the possibility of various activities. At the same time, it also uses geometric modern elements to decorate in line with the temperament of the young male protagonist and the aesthetic needs of general popularity. The whole house adopts the design concept of deconstruction and reorganization to create an open and unique high-quality modern residential design. Finally, this project displays the main spatial states such as the guest dining room and the master and guest bedrooms through the renderings, providing reference and reference for the future residential design of single youth.
