Study on Energy Consumption and Environmental Impact of Three Kinds of External Wall Thermal Insulation Systems in Residential Buildings

摘  要:外墙外保温体系、复合墙体保温体系(CL体系)和空气夹层保温体系这三种不同的保温体系所使用的材料种类和用量不同,造成不同的蕴能消耗和运行阶段的能源消耗。文章利用现有蕴能数据库和软件模拟计算的方法,对保温体系的蕴能消耗和运行能源消耗做出量化比较。结果显示,外墙外保温体系和空气夹层保温体系的能耗水平接近。CL体系的能源消耗水平和相关碳排放量高于其他两种保温体系。主要原因为混凝土墙体的保温隔热性能较差,同时挤塑聚苯板的蕴能系数和碳排放因子较高。External insulation system, composite insulation system(CL system) and air cavity insulation system, the three different insulation systems use different types and amounts of materials, resulting in different embodied energy consumption and energy consumption during the operation phase. In this study, the existing energy storage database and software simulation calculation method are used to make a quantitative comparison of the energy storage consumption and operation energy consumption of insulation systems. The results show that the energy consumption level of external wall insulation system is close to that of air cavity insulation system. The energy consumption and carbon emission of CL system are higher than those of the other two insulation systems. The main reason is that the concrete wall has a low level of thermal performance. Moreover, the energy coefficient and carbon emission factor of extruded polystyrene board are higher than other insulation materials.
