浅析人防工程口部设计要点——以北京保利未来科技城项目为例

摘　　要：口部作为防空地下室主体与地表联系的纽带,准确把握其设计要点是科学制定人防工程建筑设计方案的关键。文章以防空地下室口部重要性为切入点,结合防空地下室口部设计规范要求,以北京保利未来科技城项目为例,遵循平战功能相结合的设计理念,重点论述了大型商业综合体类型项目中物资库、二等人员掩蔽所、专业队队员掩蔽部等不同人防工程口部设计要点与注意事项。研究结果可为同类型项目人防工程口部设计提供借鉴与参考。Gateway is the link between the main body of the air defense basement and the ground. Accurately grasping its design points is the key to scientifically formulate the architectural design scheme of civil air defense engineering. Taking the importance of the entrance of air defense basement as the starting point, this paper focuses on the design points and precautions of the entrance of different civil air defense projects such as civil air defense material warehouse, second-class personnel shelter, civil air defense professional team member shelter in large-scale commercial complex projects. The research results can provide reference for the gateway design of civil air defense projects of the same type.
