医防融合模式下高血压患者自我效能现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的分析高血压患者在三明市医防融合新模式下的自我效能水平现状及其相关影响因素。方法采用自制一般资料问卷调查表及高血压患者自我效能评价量表对338例三明市高血压患者进行调查。结果本研究共回收有效问卷338份(96.57%),338例高血压患者自我效能总分为(31.21±7.12)分,其中65.4%(221例)自我效能为高水平,26.0%(88例)自我效能为中等水平,8.6%(29例)自我效能为低水平,11个条目中6项得分为高水平等级;多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、居住地是影响患者自我效能的主要因素,可解释8.0%的变异量。结论目前,在三明市医防融合模式下高血压患者自我效能处于较高水平,但部分维度得分水平仍有待提高,应重点关注农村地区高血压患者,尤其是男性。Objective To analyze the self-efficacy level and related influencing factors of hypertensive patients in Sanming City under the new mode of medical prevention integration.Methods 338 patients with hypertension in Sanming area were investigated with self-made general information questionnaire and self-efficacy evaluation scale for patients with hypertension.Results The total score of self-efficacy was(31.21±7.12),of which 65.4%(221 cases)was at the high level,26.0%(88 cases)was at the medium level,8.6%(29 cases)was at the low level,and 6 of the 11 items were at the high level;Multiple stepwise regression showed that gender and residence were the factors affecting the level of patients'self-efficacy,which could explain 8.0%of the variation.Conclusion At present,under the mode of medical prevention integration in Sanming city,the total score of self-efficacy of patients with hypertension has been at a high level,but the score level of some dimensions still needs to be improved.We should focus on patients with hypertension in rural areas,especially men.
