摘 要:对青藏地区不同产地的4种铁精粉进行了同化性能、液相流动性能、黏结相强度和铁酸钙生成能力的实验研究,结果表明:4种铁精粉烧结基础性能差异较大,3#粉烧结基础性能最优,1#粉和2#粉次之,4#粉最差。从烧结矿产量和质量方面考虑,黏结相强度和铁酸钙生成性能较好的1#粉和3#粉在配矿时可适当加大配比,2#粉可搭配使用,4#粉作为降本原料辅助配加。该实验研究为上述4种铁精粉的工业应用,特别是提高烧结矿质量、降低配矿成本提供理论依据。The assimilation properties,liquid-phase flow properties,bonding phase strength and calcium ferrite generation ability of four kinds of iron concentrates from different origins in Qinghai-Tibet region were experimentally studied.The basic performance of 3#powder sintering is the best,followed by 1#powder and 2#powder,and 4#powder is the worst.Considering the output and quality of sintered ore,1#powder and 3#powder with better binding phase strength and calcium ferrite generation performance can be appropriately increased in the proportion of ore blending,2#powder can be used together,and 4#powder is used as auxiliary distribution of raw materials for cost reduction.This experimental study provides a theoretical basis for the industrial application of the above four kinds of iron concentrates,especially to improve the quality of sinter and reduce the cost of blending.
