摘 要:本文以长江南京河段八卦洲汊道河道整治工程水生态补偿为例,介绍了水生态补偿中人工鱼巢方案,基于航运条件、水体流速、水位变动等因素,分析了原人工鱼巢方案的不可实施性。通过确定将人工鱼巢方案调整为以增殖放流为主体的思路,拟定了3种备选方案,从是否满足产黏性卵鱼类补偿条件、是否有投资金额变化、是否有长江流域特有鱼类以及鱼类多样性程度、是否符合长江大保护原则等方面展开对比分析,确定了最终替代方案,该研究可为类似工程提供参考。Taking the water ecological compensation of Baguazhou branch of Nanjing section of Yangtze River Treatment Project as an example,this paper introduces the artificial fish nest scheme in the water ecological compensation,and analyzes the unfeasibility of the original artificial fish nest scheme based on shipping conditions,water velocity,water level changes and other factors.By making sure that the artificial fish nest scheme is adjusted to the main idea of enhancement and releasing fry,three alternative schemes are drawn up.The final alternative scheme is determined by comparative analysis from the aspects of whether the compensation conditions of the myxigenic fish egg are met,whether there are changes in investment amount,whether there are endemic fish in the Yangtze River Basin and the degree of fish diversity,and whether it conforms to the Yangtze River conservation principle.This study can provide reference for similar projects.
