大宁调蓄水库首次高水位蓄水安全监测分析

摘　　要：2021年9月1日至11月25日,大宁调蓄水库水位由47.76m提升至57.53m,超过了水库正常蓄水位56.4m,达到改建以来的最高水位,期间共调蓄南水13876.88万m^(3),充分发挥了其调蓄功能。为了解和掌握相关水工建筑物及设备设施在大宁调蓄水库首次高水位蓄水期间的运行状态及潜在风险,对安全监测数据进行了分析。分析结果表明:在首次高水位蓄水期间,监测数据稳定,各水工建筑物垂直位移(沉降)、水平位移等指标总体表现正常;水库周边的地下水位并未受到水库水位变化的显著影响;针对水库主、副坝区域存在的一定运行风险,在未来巡查、检查中,应当加强这一区域的管理力度。From September 1,2021 to November 25,2021,the water level of Daning Reservoir increased from 47.76m to 57.53m,exceeding the normal reservoir water level of 56.4m and reaching the highest water level since the reconstruction.During this period,a total of 138.7688 million m^(3)of south water was regulated and stored,giving full play to its regulating and storage function.In order to understand and grasp the operation status and potential risks of relevant hydraulic structures and equipment during the first high water level storage period of Daning Reservoir,the safety monitoring data are analyzed.The analysis results show that the monitoring data is stable during the first high water level storage period,and the vertical displacement(settlement)and horizontal displacement indexes of each hydraulic building are generally normal.The groundwater level around the reservoir is not significantly affected by the variation of the reservoir water level.In view of the operation risk of the main and secondary dams of the reservoir,the management of this area should be strengthened in the future checks and inspections.
