摘 要:为了提升农田水利沟渠对农田尾水污染物的净化能力,采用正交试验方法,设计了一种多孔生态混凝土植生系统。研究表明:目标孔隙率对28天强度和有效孔隙率指标的影响最为显著,矿掺比对pH指标的影响最为显著;多孔生态混凝土的最佳配合比为:集料粒径19~26.5mm、最佳目标孔隙率28%、最佳水灰比0.3、最佳矿掺比30%;水力停留时间越长,尾水深度越小,多孔生态混凝土植生系统对农田尾水污染物的去除效果越好;为了在一定程度上抵消水深增加对传质带来的不利影响,建议将水菖蒲+水芹菜混植作为多孔生态混凝土基植生系统的水生植物。In order to improve the purification capacity of farmland water conservancy ditches to farmland tail water pollutants,a porous ecological concrete planting system is designed by using orthogonal experimental method.The results show that the target porosity has the most significant effect on the 28-day strength and effective porosity index,and the ore blending ratio has the most significant effect on the pH index.The optimal mix ratio of porous ecological concrete is as follows:aggregate particle size 19~26.5mm,optimal target porosity 28%,optimal water-cement ratio 0.3,and optimal ore mixing ratio 30%.The longer the hydraulic retention time,the smaller the tailwater depth,the better the removal effect of porous ecological concrete planting system on farmland tailwater pollutants.In order to offset the adverse effects of the increase of water depth on mass transfer to a certain extent,it is suggested that the mixed planting of acorus calamus and celery should be used as aquatic plants in porous ecological concrete-based planting system.
