摘 要:目的:探讨流程重组策略结合信息化管理在消化内镜中心管理中的应用价值。方法:分别以2021年7-9月和2021年10-12月在东南大学附属中大医院消化内镜中心接受胃肠镜检查的患者作为对照组和观察组,分析流程优化策略对消化内镜中心运行的影响。结果:采用流程优化措施对消化内镜中心运行改进,能有效缩短内镜预约时间和患者等待时间,提高患者的满意度,内镜中心工作效率提升,并有效规避不良事件潜在风险。结论:在消化内镜中心信息化管理中引入流程重组机制效果显著。Objective:To investigate the role of a working strategy of business process re-engineering combing with informationization in management of digestive endoscopic center. Methods:Patients who underwent gastroscopy and colonscopy examinations between July 2021 and September 2021 were set as the control group,and those who underwent such examinations between October 2021and December 2021 were set as the observational group. And analyze the impact of process optimization strategy on the operation of digestive endoscopy center. Results:Using process optimization measures to improve the operation of the digestive endoscopy center can effectively shorten the endoscopy appointment time and patient waiting time,improve patient satisfaction,improve the work efficiency of the endoscopy center,and effectively avoid the potential risks of adverse events. Conclusions:The modified working flow of business process re-engineering combing with informationization showed novel outcomes in daily management of digestive endoscopic center.
