摘　　要：随着社会的进步,激烈的市场竞争,行业的迫切需要,必须有新的生产方式取代旧的生产方式。在过去使用的人工分拣,不仅增加成本还降低了效率。为提高生产效率,提高分拣技术,自动化PLC分拣设备不仅可以连续大批量的排序,而且成本低、灵活性高、精准性高等优点。PLC作为控制的核心,大幅度提高了次品分拣的效率。With the progress of society,the fierce market competiti on,the urge nt need of the in dustry,there must be a new mode of production to replace the old mode of product!on.Manual sorting,used in the past,not only increased costs but also reduced efficie ncy.In order to improve product!on efficie ncy,improve sorti ng tech no logy,automatic PLC sorti ng equipment can not only continuous mass sorting,but also low cost,high flexibility,high precision advantages.PLC as the core of control,greatly improve the efficiency of defective products sorting.
