摘  要:玄武宝龙城商业Mall主体结构为地上6层钢筋混凝土框架结构,平面尺寸约为180.8 m×93.5 m。该项目存在多项不规则项,属于超限高层建筑。文章介绍了工程概况、基础设计、超限设计及复杂部位专项设计的相关内容。设定了安全合理的性能目标,采用YJK和PMSAP两种软件分别进行了小震反应谱分析及小震弹性时程分析、关键构件的中震不屈服和弹性验算,采用SAUSAGE软件进行动力弹塑性分析。各项分析结果表明,整体结构达到设定的性能目标,结构抗震性能满足要求。对楼盖进行了中、小震作用下应力分析及温度应力分析,对斜柱相关部位、转换梁、穿层柱、大跨楼盖舒适性等进行专项分析设计,确保结构安全、满足功能使用要求。The main structure of Baolongcheng commercial mall in Xuanwu District is a six storey reinforced concrete frame structure with a plane size of about 180.8m ×93.5m. There are many irregular items in the project, which belongs to out of ultra-limit high-rise building.The project overview, foundation design, out of gauge design and special design of complex parts are introduced.The safety and reasonable performance targets are set, and the small earthquake response spectrum analysis and small earthquake elastic time history analysis, medium earthquake non yield and elastic check calculation of key components are carried out by using yjk and PMSAP software respectively, and the dynamic elastoplastic analysis is carried out by using SAUSAGE software.The analysis results show that the overall structure reaches the set performance target and the seismic performance of the structure meets the requirements. The stress analysis and temperature stress analysis of the floor under the action of medium and small earthquakes are carried out, and the special analysis and design of the relevant parts of the inclined column, the transfer beam, the cross-layer columns, the comfort of the large-span floor are carried out to ensure the structural safety and meet the functional use requirements.
