摘  要:盾构注浆是盾构法施工过程中至关重要的一环,注浆材料的选用对工程质量非常重要。通过试验研究发现由于水泥水化较快,导致硬性注浆材料稠度经时损失大、凝结时间快,其后期工作性能较差,而惰性注浆材料以消石灰为主要胶凝材料,其稠度经时损失小、凝结时间慢,后期工作性能好,不易造成堵管。另外,试验研究发现硬性注浆材料早期强度与后期强度均远高于惰性注浆材料,在施工过程中能及时形成对隧道管片支撑作用。在南通地铁工程应用中,采用硬性注浆材料沉降值比惰性注浆材料平均小14.8 mm,最大差值为16.8 mm,因而硬性注浆材料在南通地铁建设中具有广泛应用前景。Shield grouting is important for shield construction, and the selection of grouting materials is crucial to the engineering quality. Through experiments, it is found that due to the rapid hydration of cement, the consistency of hard grouting materials has a large time loss, its setting time is fast, so the later working performance of hard grouting materials is poor. While the inert grouting materials use hydrated lime as the main cementing material, its consistency time loss is small, the setting time is slow, and later working performance is good, which is not easy to result in pipe plugging. In addition, the research found that the early strength and late strength of hard grouting materials are much higher than those of inert grouting materials,which can timely form a supporting effect on tunnel segments during the construction. In the application of Nantong Metro engineering, the settlement value of hard grouting material is 14.8mm smaller than that of inert grouting material on average, and the maximum is 16.8mm. Therefore, the hard grouting material has a broad application prospect in Nantong Metro.
