摘 要:文章以江苏某城市小区为例,对住宅室内外声环境进行现场测试,分析建筑楼层、建筑水平距离衰减、建筑外窗类型、交通道路4个因素对室内噪声的影响。结果表明,昼间噪声受绿化带影响,平均值随楼层的增加呈现上升趋势,在3楼5层位置达到峰值,夜间各楼层噪声基本稳定持平;随着水平退让距离的增加,相同间距噪声值衰减变大;外窗性能与窗墙比对室内噪声影响较大;小区周边由于道路性质不同,在相同水平退让距离的两个噪声测试点呈现出显著差异。分析结果可为住宅噪声降噪工程提供参考依据。Taking an urban district in Jiangsu Province as an example,the indoor and outdoor acoustic environment of residential buildings is tested on the spot,and the influence of four factors,namely,building floor,building horizontal distance attenuation,building external window type,and traffic road,on indoor noise is analyzed.The results showed that the noise in the daytime was affected by the green belt,and the average value showed an upward trend with the increase of floors,reaching the peak value at the third floor and the fifth floor,and the noise in each floor was basically stable at night;With the increase of the horizontal setback distance,the noise attenuation of the same spacing becomes larger;The performance of external windows and the ratio of windows to walls have a greater impact on indoor noise;Due to different road properties around the community,two noise test points at the same level of concession distance show significant differences.The analysis results can provide reference for residential noise reduction project.
