摘　　要：道德困境普遍存在于实习护生群体中且影响深远,该文从国内外实习护生群体经历道德困境的现状、影响因素、应对策略等方面进行分析和总结,旨在为促进护生专业发展、坚定其职业信念以及稳定护理队伍提供参考。Moral distress generally exists in the nursing interns and has a far-reaching impact.This paper analyzed and summarized the current situation,influencing factors and coping strategies of the nursing interns at home and abroad,in order to provide reference for promoting the professional development of nursing students,strengthening their professional beliefs and stabilizing the nursing team.
