摘  要:针对轴承钢GCr15连铸小方坯断面的中心缩孔、中心偏析等常见内部质量缺陷,确定了轻压下区间并进行压下试验。通过对压下试验结果的分析,得到了轻压下工艺参数与铸坯中心疏松、中心偏析的关系。试验结果表明,采用凝固末端轻压下技术后轴承钢内部质量得到明显的改善,可将铸坯中心缩孔级别控制在1.0级以下,而不合理的压下量分配会导致铸坯出现压下裂纹。1号、2号拉矫辊分配较小的压下量可有效减少铸坯的压下裂纹并改善中心疏松以及中心偏析。Aiming at common internal quality defects such as central shrinkage and central segregation of the GCr15 bearing steel continuous casting billet section, the soft reduction interval was determined and the reduction test was carried out. Through the analysis of the results of the reduction test, the relationship of the soft reduction process parameters to the central porosity and central segregation of the billet was obtained. The results show the internal quality of bearing steel is obviously improved by using the soft reduction technology at the solidification end, and the central shrinkage level of the slab can be controlled below 1.0, and the unreasonable reduction distribution will cause cracks in the cast billet. The smaller reduction distribution of No.1 and No.2 tension straightening rolls can effectively reduce the reduction cracks of the slab and improve the central porosity and central segregation.
