摘　　要：钢铁行业是国民经济的基础产业,是高能耗、高物耗、高排放的流程型工业,在“碳达峰、碳中和”战略目标中起着举足轻重的作用。通过深入研究钢铁生产过程中的能源节约、资源节约和生态环境治理技术,破解制约钢铁行业低碳转型的瓶颈问题,对促进钢铁行业绿色低碳发展具有重要意义。The iron and steel industry is one of the foundation industries for economic development.It is energy-intensive,materialintensive and emission-intensive,which indicates its important role in achieving the goal of"carbon peak and neutrality".It is of great significance to deeply study the energy saving,resource saving and ecological environment technologies in the iron and steel production processes and countermeasures of the bottleneck problems in the low-carbon transition of the iron and steel industry.
