摘　　要：本文介绍了1种高精度、宽频带极化器的修配方法,通过自制的刀具对极化器的内腔进行切削,既保证了表面的粗糙度又满足极化器的相位要求,从而使极化器满足工程使用的需求,可以推广到以后的极化器修复过程。This paper introduces a kind of high precision,wide band of the polarizer and replacement method,through the homemade knives cutting,the inner cavity of polarizer is to realize the inner surface of the polarizer is smooth cutting,and satisfy of the polarizer phase,thus make the polarizer to meet the needs of engineering use,can be applied to future polarizerrepairprocess.
