座囊菌纲地衣型真菌系统学研究进展

摘　　要：座囊菌纲Dothideomycetes是子囊菌门最大的纲,其生态类型多样,涵盖腐生菌、内生菌、人类和植物病原菌、地衣和石生真菌等。座囊菌纲中仅少数种类为地衣型真菌,且地衣型真菌在该纲并未形成单系。推测目前座囊菌纲中3个独立的地衣谱系乳嘴衣目、单芽菌目和叶上衣目可能代表了该纲中3个独立的地衣化事件。围绕座囊菌纲中地衣型真菌的系统学研究进展进行了综述,为开展座囊菌纲地衣多样性和系统演化研究及其资源利用提供基础资料和科学依据。The class Dothideomycetes as one of the largest Ascomycota comprises a highly diverse range of fungi including saprobes, endophytes, human and plant pathogens, lichens, and rockinhabiting fungi. Only a few taxa in Dothideomycetes are lichenized. The lichenized fungi in Dothideomycetes did not form monophyletic clade. The lichenized orders Trypetheliales,Monoblastiales, and Strigulales may represent three independent lichenization events in Dothideomycetes. In this paper, the systematic research progress on lichenized fungi in Dothideomycetes was reviewed, providing basic data and scientific basis for the study of lichen diversity and systematic evolution, and the utilization of the resources of Dothideomycetes.
