摘 要:近年来,由苜蓿花叶病毒(alfalfa mosaic virus,AMV)引起的大豆病害在东北地区时有发生,并有流行扩大之势。研究通过病情等级和反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)对197个北方大豆品种进行抗病性筛选。结果表明,AMV可侵染所有测试大豆品种,无对AMV完全免疫的抗性品种。综合病情等级和RT-PCR结果,其中30份大豆品种耐病性较好,在两次接种试验中均未表现出明显AMV症状,是AMV流行区域大豆栽培和育种的良好抗性资源。In recent years,the soybean disease caused by alfalfa mosaic virus(AMV)has frequently occurred in the Northeast China,and the epidemic is expanding over time.In this study,the resistance of 197 soybean varieties to AMV was evaluated by the disease index and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results showed that AMV infected all the tested soybean varieties,indicating that there was no completely resistant variety to AMV.Combining the disease index and RT-PCR results,a total of 30 varieties showed no obvious viral symptoms after AMV infection,indicating that they were tolerant to AMV infection and could be recommended as germplasms for soybean production and AMV-tolerant breeding in AMV endemic areas.
