摘  要:髋臼发育不良(Acetabular Dysplasia,AD)是由先天性或发育性因素导致的髋关节结构性异常,进而导致髋关节不稳定和/或髋关节继发性骨关节炎的一组疾病。目前发病机制尚不清楚,且缺乏有效的治疗措施。近年来,随着3D打印技术的发展,利用3D打印技术能够术前进行截骨模拟及髋臼骨块的旋转移位并获得患者髋关节假体的3D打印模型。本文旨在通过3D打印在AD不同时期治疗中的应用作一综述,以期为AD的诊疗提供一定的理论依据。Acetabular dysplasia(AD)is a group of diseases that lead to hip instability and/or secondary osteoarthritis caused by congenital or developmental factors.At present,the pathogenesis is not clear,and lack of effective treatment measures.In resent years,with the development of 3D printing technology,3D printing technology can be used to conduct preoperative osteotomy simulation and rotational displacement of acetabular bone and obtain 3D printing model of patient hip prosthesis.This paper aims to review the application of 3D printing in the treatment of acetabular dysplasia in different periods,to provide certain theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of AD.
