摘　　要：通过分析口腔综合治疗台的常见故障现象及维修方法,可以提升维修工程师的理论基础及维修经验,保障设备稳定、安全、高效运行。本文分别阐述口腔综合治疗台的机械、气路和水路内部结构和工作原理,并分别对其常见故障现象进行解析,运用观察法、替换法和排除法三种科学的故障分析法,快速准确的完成排查故障,为维修工程师高效应对口腔综合治疗台的各类故障和保障临床诊疗工作提供帮助。By analyzing the common fault phenomena and maintenance methods of dental treatment units,the theoretical basis and maintenance experience of the maintenance engineer can be improved,and the stable,safe and efficient operation of the equipment can be guaranteed.In this study,the common fault phenomena were analyzed from three aspects of the mechanical,air and water circuit of dental treatment units.Three scientific fault analysis methods of the observation,replacement and elimination were used to find the most fundamental reason of the fault,providing help for maintenance engineers to effectively deal with various failures of dental treatment units and ensure clinical diagnosis and treatment.
