摘  要:针对多普勒气象雷达图回波覆盖率的计算问题,通过分析多普勒气象雷达图的特性及该位图图像数据通道原理,提出了一种基于Python-PIL的多普勒气象雷达回波面积比例应用算法。Python-PIL算法通过检索多普勒气象雷达图各个像素RGB值与已知的多普勒气象回波图像素RGB值相比较,并通过计算符合标准的像素数量与总像素数量的比值,可得出相应的多普勒气象回波覆盖率情况。实验结果表明,该算法可以根据需求对不同分次的回波颜色进行快速准确的计算并显示多普勒气象图回波覆盖比率情况,具有一定的推广运用价值。Aiming at the calculation problem of Doppler meteorological radar echo coverage,by analyzing the characteristics of Doppler meteorological radar and the principle of the bitmap image data channel,an application algorithm of Doppler meteorological radar echo area ratio based on Python-PIL is proposed.By retrieving the RGB values of each pixel of the Doppler meteorological radar map and comparing them with the known Doppler meteorological echo map pixel RGB values,Python-PIL algorithm can obtain the corresponding Doppler meteorological echo coverage according to the ratio between the number of pixels meeting the standard and the total number of pixels.The experimental results show that the algorithm can quickly and accurately calculate the echo color of different decibel according to the demand and display the echo coverage ratio of Doppler weather map,which has a certain popularization value.
