摘 要:武器装备的作战效能是性能、可靠性和可用性的综合反映,其中可靠性是武器装备发挥作战效能的一项关键因素。如果装备不可靠,再好的性能也不可能发挥出来,后果将影响作战成败和作战人员的安全。从工艺设计角度出发,探讨工艺设计对提高舰船电子产品可靠性的意义及方法。在进行产品功能、性能和通用质量特性设计的同时,通过同步开展工艺设计,控制工艺风险,可进一步地提高舰船电子产品的可靠性。The combat effectiveness of weapon equipment is a comprehensive reflection of performance,reliability and availability,in which reliability is a key factor for weapon equipment to give full play to combat effectiveness.If the equipment is unreliable,no matter how good its performance is,it will not be able to perform,and it will affect the success or failure of operations and the safety of combatants.From the perspective of process design,the significance and methods of process design to improve the reliability of ship electronic products are discussed.While designing the product function,performance and general quality characteristics,the reliability of ship electronic products can be further improved by conducting synchronous process design and controlling process risks.
