摘　　要：优选双活风湿凝胶贴膏提取工艺条件。以阿魏酸、蛇床子素、羌活醇、异欧前胡素、干膏得率为考察指标,以乙醇浓度(30%、45%、60%、75%、90%)、加醇倍数(6倍、8倍、10倍、12倍、14倍)、浸泡时间(0 min、15 min、30 min、45 min、60 min)、提取时间(30 min、60 min、90 min、120 min、150 min)、提取次数(1次、2次、3次)为考察因素,采用熵权TOPSIS法结合正交试验设计优化双活风湿凝胶贴膏提取工艺条件。结果显示,双活风湿凝胶贴膏的最佳提取工艺条件为10倍量75%乙醇浸泡45 min,回流提取2次,每次90 min。采用熵权TOPSIS法结合正交试验设计优选所得提取工艺条件稳定可靠,重复性好,可用于本凝胶贴膏的规模化生产。To optimize the extraction process conditions of Shuanghuo rheumatism gel plaster.With the yield of ferulic acid,osthole,notopterol,isoimperatorin and dry extract yield as the investigation indexes,the extraction conditions of Shuanghuo rheumatism gel plaster were optimized by using different ethanol concentrations(30%,45%,60%,75%,90%),different ethanol addition multiple(6 times,8 times,10 times,12 times,14 times),different soaking time(0 min,15 min,30 min,45 min,60 min),different extraction time(30 min,60 min,90 min,120 min,150 min),and different extraction times(once,twice,thrice)as the investigation factors using entropy weight TOPSIS method combined with orthogonal test design.The optimal extraction process conditions for Shuanghuo rheumatism gel plaster were 10 times the amount of 75%ethanol soaked for 45 min,and twice of reflux extraction for 90 min each times.The extraction process conditions obtained by the entropy-weighted TOPSIS method combined with orthogonal experimental design are stable and reliable with good repeatability,and can be used for the actual production of this gel plaster.
