河北省某养猪合作社猪蓝耳病的诊断与防控

摘　　要：2022年2月至5月中旬,河北省某养猪合作社发生以待产母猪流产、产死胎、哺乳仔猪严重腹泻、保育猪咳嗽且呼吸困难为特征的疫病。为了确定病因并进行有效防控,综合分析了猪群的既往病史、免疫背景、流行病学特征以及发病猪只的临床症状,并采用荧光定量PCR法对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒美洲株(经典株)、欧洲株、高致病株、NADC30变异株及猪流行性腹泻病毒进行核酸检测。结果显示,高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒核酸阳性,猪流行性腹泻病毒核酸阴性,最终诊断为高致病性猪蓝耳病。对病死猪进行无害化处理;采取隔离、严格消毒、发情母猪不配种等防控措施;除母猪外,所有阶段猪饲料中添加20%磷酸替米考星预混剂(添加量为2.0 kg/t),连喂15 d;对母猪使用清瘟败毒散水煎液和磷酸替米考星口服给药,连续用药7 d;同时做好产床间的物理隔离、彻底清污与有效消毒,改变妊娠母猪转群时间,对饲养人员严格管理,杜绝将不同生产区域的工具混用等生物安全措施。最终使该病得以控制,猪群生产恢复正常。From February to mid May 2022,an epidemic disease characterized by abortion of parturient sows,stillbirth and severe diarrhea of suckling piglets,cough and difficult breathing of weaned pigs occurred in a pig breeding cooperative in Hebei Province.In order to determine the cause and carry out effective preventive and control measures,the past disease history,immune background,epidemiological characteristics and clinical symptoms of the infected pigs in the pig population were comprehensively analyzed,and the nucleic acid of the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus including American strain(classical strain),European strain,highly pathogenic strain,NADC30 variant and porcine epidemic diarrhea virus were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR.The results showed that the nucleic acid of highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus was positive,and the nucleic acid of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus was negative.The highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome was finally diagnosed.Strictly implement the prevention and control measures of PRRS,carry out harmless treatment of diseased and dead pigs.Except the sows,20%of tilmicosin phosphate premix(2.0 kg·t-1)was added to the feed of pigs at all stages for 15 days;the sows were treated with the Qingwen Baidu powder water decoction and Tilmicosin phosphate orally for 7 consecutive days;at the same time,the physical isolation,thorough decontamination and effective disinfection of the litter room should be done well,changing the time of transferring pregnant sows to herds was necessary,the breeding staff should be strictly managed,and the use of tools in different production areas should be avoided.The epidemic situation was finally controlled and the production of pigs returned to normal.
