摘　　要：对已运行近33年的宝钢1BF 4号热风炉的硅质耐材的使用情况进行调查评估,结果表明:燃烧室硅质墙砖和蓄热室上层独孔砖受到Al_(2)O_(3)和Fe_(2)O_(3)的严重侵蚀,需要在大修时更换;而燃烧室和蓄热拱顶砖、拱顶联络管砖、蓄热室墙砖和7孔格子砖原砖层理化指标均保持良好,可以继续使用。The author has evaluated the state of silicon refractory which has been used for 33 years.The results show that the silica wall bricks of the combustion chamber and the single-hole bricks of the upper layer of the regenerator are seriously corroded by Al_(2)O_(3)and Fe_(2)O_(3),which need to be replaced during overhaul.However,the physical and chemical indexes of the combustion chamber and thermal storage vault bricks,vault connecting pipe bricks,wall bricks,and 7-hole lattice bricks of the thermal storage chamber are all well maintained and can be used continuously.
