摘  要:针对某钢厂热轧生产线高压水除鳞效果差、氧化铁皮去除不干净的问题,通过理论计算,分析其产生原因和影响因素,试验研制一种喷嘴角度万向可调的喷淋试验装置,找出喷嘴各项参数的最优组合,实现上、下喷淋集管打击能力最大化,确保了汽车板氧化铁皮封锁率下降了50%。Aiming at the problems of the poor effect of high-pressure water descaling system and unclean removal of iron oxides in the hot rolling line of a steel mill,this paper analyzed the causes and influencing factors through theoretical calculation.A spraying test device with universal adjustable nozzle angle was tested and developed,the optimal combination of nozzle parameters was found,the maximum striking capacity of the upper and lower spraying collectors was realized,and that the blockage rate of iron oxides of automobile plates decreased by more than 50%was ensured.
