摘　　要：1978年以来,中国走出了一条以开放促改革发展的道路,造就了中国经济奇迹,开放已经成为当代中国鲜明的时代标识开放的中国为企业“走出去”奠定了雄厚的物质基础,注入了磅的精神动力。在开放中,中国发挥比较优势,积极参加国际经济竞争,成长为贸易大国,积累起庞大外汇储备,为企业“走出去”提供了充裕的资金支撑;在开放中,中国大胆吸收外商投资,承接全球产业转移,加速了工业化进程,迅速成长为全球制造大国,并不断升级经济结构,形成大量优质产能,大批企业得以利用优势产能“走出去”投资设厂,开展跨国经营;在开放中,中国学习和借鉴人类一切优秀文明成果,提升企业技术水平、治理能力和国际竞争力,涌现出越来越多的全球公司。In 1978,China embarked on reform-and development-oriented opening up.During the following years since then,China has created an economic miracle,with opening up becoming a distinct symbol of contemporary China.An open China has laid a solid material foundation for enterprises to"go global"and injected great vitality into them.During its opening up,China has given full play to its comparative advantages and actively participated in international economic competition,thus growing into a big trading country that has accumulated huge sums of foreign exchange reserves to provide a strong financial support for enterprises to"go global".During its opening up,China has boldly absorbed foreign investment,undertaken global industrial transfer,and accelerated the process of industrialization,thereby rapidly developing into a global manufacturing power;at the same time,it has continued to upgrade its economic structure and created large quantities of high-quality production capacities,so that a large number of enterprises have been able to invest,set upfactories,and carryouttransnational operations overseas relyingon its advantageous production capacities.
