摘　　要：中国特色社会主义制度是当代中国社会发展进步的根本制度保障。当前,深刻领悟和把握中国特色社会主义制度优势,一是要始终坚持马克思主义指导思想及其内蕴的科学性、人民性、实践性和开放性理论优势;二是根植于文化沃土,中国特色社会主义制度优势离不开中华优秀文化滋养;三是坚守不断满足人民对美好生活需要的价值理念,使发展成果由全体人民共享,集中体现出社会主义的制度优越性;四是坚持在实践中彰显制度优势,持续推动中国经济、政治、文化、社会和生态建设稳步发展。在理论基础、文化沃土、价值取向和实践推进四维交织演进中,新时代中国特色社会主义制度和制度体系日趋完善、成熟和定型,充分彰显了中国特色社会主义制度所具有的独特魅力和优势。The system of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the fundamental institutional guarantee for the development and progress of contemporary Chinese society.At present,to fully understand and grasp the advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,firstly,we must always adhere to the guiding ideology of Marxism and its inherent theoretical advantages of being scientific,popular,practical and open.Secondly,we must root in the fertile soil of culture because the advantages of socialist system with Chinese characteristics cannot be separated from the nourishment of China’s excellent culture.Thirdly,we must adhere to the values of constantly meeting the people’s needs for a better life,so that the fruits of development are shared by all the people,and fully demonstrate the superiority of the socialist system.Fourthly,we must demonstrate system advantages in practice and continue to promote the steady development of China’s economic,political,cultural,social and ecological construction.The socialist system and institutions with Chinese characteristics in the new era are becoming more and more complete,mature and finalized,fully demonstrating the unique charm and advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in the course of the four-dimensional evolution of the theoretical basis,cultural fertile soil,value orientation and practice advance.
