摘 要:通过加拿大Tacora精矿在烧结工艺的试用,探讨出不同比例加拿大Tacora精矿配比对烧结生产过程技术经济指标的影响规律。工业试验结果表明:加拿大Tacora精矿铁品位高、硅低、铝低,有利于提高烧结矿铁品位和降低烧结矿铝含量;随着加拿大Tacora精矿配比提高,烧结矿中锰含量也相应提高,烧结矿还原性和烧结矿软融性能得到改善;同时加拿大Tacora精矿配比提高,对烧结矿低温粉化影响较小。加拿大Tacora精矿无成球性,配比上升后会影响制粒效果,综合工业试验结果,加拿大Tacora精矿配用比例可控制在15%以内。In this paper,through the experiment of Canadian Tacora iron ore concentrates in the sintering process,the influence of different proportion of Tacora concentrate on the technical and economic indicators of the sintering production process is discussed.The industrial test results show that Canadian Tacora iron ore concentrate is high in iron content,low in silicon and aluminum content which is conductive to increase iron content and decrease silicon and aluminum content in sinter,and with the increase of Tacora concentrate ratio,the manganese content in sinter also increases,and the sinter reducibility and the sinter softening and thawing properties are improved;meanwhile,the increase of Tacora concentrate ratio has little effect on low-temperature pulverization of sinter.Canada Tacora concentrate is bad for pelletizing,and the pelletizing effect will be affected after the proportion is increased.Based on the comprehensive industrial test results,it is recommended that the amount of Tacora concentrate used in sintering production should not exceed 15%.
