摘　　要：基于2018年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,构建计量模型实证分析了社会信任对城市居民健康脆弱性的影响程度及作用机制。研究发现,采用比例法确定健康标准后,社会信任能够显著降低城市人口健康脆弱性。使用修正样本自选择偏差的双稳健IPWRA模型和工具变量法进行稳健性检验后,该结果依然显著。异质性分析表明,地域型信任、脱域型信任均有利于降低城市居民的健康脆弱性,其中,地域型信任对身体脆弱性的减缓作用更加显著,脱域型信任对缓解社会脆弱性具有显著积极作用。机制分析表明,工作满意度和自评地位是社会信任影响健康脆弱性的重要传导机制。论文拓展了社会信任理论研究范畴,为缓解健康脆弱性提供了新的视角和经验证据。Based on the 2018 Chinese Household Tracking Survey(CFPS)data,an econometric model was constructed to empitively analyze the degree and mechanism of the impact of social trust on the health vulnerability of urban residents.It is found that social trust can significantly reduce the health vulnerability of urban population after adopting the proportional method to determine health standards.The results were still significant after robustness test using the dual-robust IPWRA model with sample self-selection bias corrected and the instrumental variable method.The heterogeneity analysis shows that both regional trust and delocalized trust are beneficial to reduce the health vulnerability of urban residents.The regional trust has a more significant effect on the reduction of physical vulnerability,and the delocalized trust has a significant positive effect on the alleviation of social vulnerability.The mechanism analysis shows that job satisfaction and self-rated status are important transmission mechanisms of social trust affecting health vulnerability.This paper expands the scope of social trust theory and provides a new perspective and empirical evidence for mitigating health vulnerability.
