摘 要:随着经济的发展,越来越多的老旧厂房需要改造升级,研究体外预应力技术加固应用具有重要的现实意义。本文通过简述体外预应力技术的定义、组成及分类,介绍体外预应力加固技术的特点和发展历史,给出体外预应力技术加固设计的一般思路;结合某厂房钢筋混凝土薄腹梁体外预应力加固的工程实践,阐述了详细的加固处理方案,提出在加固设计、加固施工中应注意的几个问题。实践表明:体外预应力技术加固钢筋混凝土薄腹梁效果良好,该技术可在更多工程中得到应用。With the development of economy,more and more old factories need to be upgraded,so it is of great practical significance to study the application of external prestressing technology.In this paper,the definition,composition and classification of external prestressing technology are briefly described,the characteristics and development history of external prestressing reinforcement technology are introduced,and the general ideas of external prestressing reinforcement design are given.Combined with the engineering practice of external prestressing reinforcement of reinforced concrete thin web beam in a factory building,the detailed reinforcement treatment scheme is given,and several problems that should be paid attention to in reinforcement design and reinforcement construction are put forward.The practice shows that the external prestressing technology has a good effect on the reinforcement of reinforced concrete thin-web beams,so it can be applied in more projects.
