摘  要:为研究全松弛状态下线圈长度与全棉单珠地织物密度的关系,采用29.48 tex精梳棉赛络纺纱线作为原料,织造5种不同线圈长度的单珠地网眼面料各2匹,分别用于毛坯面料与光坯面料的基本性能研究。测试织物在全松弛状态下的横密、纵密、密度对比系数、织物厚度等指标,利用SPSS软件进行曲线估算,并用Origin软件计算并绘制拟合方程曲线。结果表明:全棉单珠地组织在全松弛状态下,毛坯和光坯织物的横密、纵密都与织物线圈长度呈很好的二次函数关系;密度对比系数与线圈长度呈正相关;织物厚度与线圈长度呈正相关。该研究可为企业生产的织造定形提供指导。In order to study the relationship between loop length and density of cotton single-pique fabric in the fully relaxed state,5 kinds of single pique fabrics with different loop lengths were knitted by using 29.48 tex combed cotton siro-spun yarn.Two pieces of fabric with different loop lengths were used to study the basic properties of gray and finished fabric respectively.The courses density,wales density,density contrast coefficient and thickness of the fabric under fully relaxed state were tested.The curve was estimated by SPSS software,and the fitting equation curve was calculated and drawn by Origin software.The results show that under the fully relaxed state,the courses density and wales density of the gray and finished cotton single pique fabric have a good quadratic function relationship against the loop length.There is a strong positive correlation between density contrast coefficient and loop length,and the same correlation between fabric thickness and loop length as well.The research can provide guidance for the production of enterprises during fabric knitting and finalizing.
