摘　　要：文中介绍了用于纬编筒状棉针织物松式平幅连续化练漂机的构造、工作原理、应用特点和应用工艺,并对这种练漂方法的关键技术进行了探讨。指出该练漂机既具有开幅平幅连续化练漂法的产品质量及稳定性好和节能减排等优点,又具有染色机练漂法的适用织物品种范围广和对织物松弛程度高等优点。This paper introduces the structure,working principle,application characteristics and application process of loose scouring and bleaching machine for weft knitted tubular cotton fabric,and discusses the key techniques of scouring and bleaching.It is pointed out that the scouring and bleaching machine has the advantages of good product quality and stability as well as energy saving and emission reduction of the open-width and flatwidth continuous scouring and bleaching method,and has the advantages of wide range of suitable fabrics and high degree of fabric relaxation for scouring and bleaching method on dyeing machine.
