摘  要:以水为提取溶剂从板栗壳中提取天然色素,测定了该色素的紫外光谱,对该色素进行初步的组成及含量分析。以该色素溶液对柞蚕丝织物进行直接染色及后媒染色试验,研究pH值及媒染剂对K/S值的影响。结果表明:水提取板栗壳色素的组成为植物多酚类物质,主要为单宁类化合物,板栗壳提取液中多酚类色素含量为1.812 g/L;板栗壳色素上染柞蚕丝织物,最佳的pH值为3,媒染剂硫酸亚铁可显著提高试样的色深值,媒染试样颜色与直接染样颜色差异很大;染色织物具有较好的色牢度;经染色后织物的紫外线防护性能显著提高,硫酸亚铁媒染试样UPF指数可以达到50+级别。The natural pigment was extracted from chestnut shell using water as the extraction solvent.The ultraviolet spectrum of the pigment was determined,and the composition and content of the pigment were preliminarily analyzed.Then tussah silk fabric was dyed by direct dyeing and post-mordant dyeing process with the developed pigment,and the effects of pH value and mordant on K/S value were studied.The results show that the pigment of chestnut shell extracted with water is composed of plant polyphenols,mainly tannins,and the content of total polyphenol in the extract was 1.812 g/L.When tussah silk fabric is dyed with chestnut shell pigment,the optimum pH value is 3.The mordant ferrous sulfate can significantly increase the color depth of the samples,and the color hue of the mordant samples change greatly compared with the direct dyed samples.All the dyed fabrics have good color fastness,and the UV protection properties of the dyed samples is significantly improved,and the UPF index of ferrous sulfate mordant dyeing sample can reach grade 50+.
