摘 要:羊毛纤维是纺织工业中重要的生产原材料,但其固有的缩绒性会严重影响产品的使用性能和寿命,因此防缩整理是毛纺加工中必不可少的工艺流程。文中利用还原试剂L-半胱氨酸和蛋白酶16L的协同作用,对羊毛毛条进行防缩整理,探讨了整理效果、最优工艺及整理后羊毛纤维的性能变化。通过设计响应面试验,获得最优防缩工艺条件为:L-半胱氨酸浓度9 g/L、蛋白酶浓度1 g/L、浸轧时间30 s、浸轧次数5次、处理温度50℃。经该工艺处理后,羊毛纤维的各项重要性能未受到明显破坏,防缩性能得到显著改善。Wool fiber is an important raw material in the textile industry,but its inherent shrinkage will seriously affect the service performance and life of products,so the shrinkage finishing is an essential process in the wool spinning process.Using the synergistic action of reducing reagent L-cysteine and protease 16L,the anti-shrinkage finishing of wool sliver was carried out,and the finishing effect,the optimal process and the property change of wool fiber after finishing were discussed.Through response surface design experiment,the optimal shrinkage control conditions were obtained as follows:L-cysteine concentration of 9 g/L,protease concentration of 1 g/L,soaking time of 30 s,soaking times of 5,and treatment temperature of 50℃.After applying the process,the important properties of wool fiber are not damaged obviously,and the shrinkage resistance is improved significantly.
