高速旋转式压片机各工艺参数对片剂溶出度影响的研究

摘　　要：目的文章从压片机在使用过程中的主压力、预压力、强制加料转速、压片速度,四个方面探讨研究其对素片体外溶出度的影响。方法通过单因素试验和正交试验确定四个影响因素之间的大小关系。结果压片过程中的主压力、压片速度、强制加料器转速、预压力在一定的参数范围之内均会对片剂的溶出度产生不同程度影响。结论研究发现,以上四个因素对溶出影响的依次顺序是:主压力>压片速度>强制加料器转速>预压力。OBJECTIVE This paper discusses the influence on the dissolution in vitro of tablets of four aspects:main pressure,pre-pressure,forced feeder speed and tablet pressing speed of tablet press.METHODS The magnitude relationship between the four influencing factors was determined by univariate and orthogonal trials.RESULTS The main pressure,tablet pressing speed,forced feeder speed and pre-pressure had different effects on the dissolution of tablets within a certain parameter range during the tablet pressing process.CONCLUSION It is observed that the order of influence on dissolution of the above four factors is that the main pressure>tablet pressing speed>forced feeder speed>pre-pressure.
