摘　　要：目的研究鲜益母草提取物干粉及其复方对小鼠免疫力的影响。方法ICR小鼠连续给药45天后进行迟发性变态反应试验与单核巨噬细胞吞噬试验,考察其对小鼠免疫器官指数、外周血血细胞、耳肿胀以及吞噬速率、吞噬指数的影响。结果迟发性变态反应研究结果表明益母草干粉高、中剂量以及复方可显著提高小鼠耳肿胀水平,上调了机体免疫力;小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能研究结果中,益母草干粉高剂量与复方组可显著提高小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬速率,且高、中剂量与复方组吞噬指数较对照组有显著提高。结论鲜益母草提取物干粉及其复方可提高小鼠机体免疫水平。OBJECTIVE Study on the effect of fresh Leonurus japonicus extract and its compound on the immunity of mice.METHODS After 45 days of continuous administration of fresh Leonurus japonicus extract and its compound,the delayed type hypersensitivity test and the phagocytosis of mononuclear macrophage test were performed in ICR mice to investigate the effects on the immune organ index,peripheral blood cells,ear swelling,phagocytosis rate and phagocytic index of mice.RESULTS The results of delayed type hypersensitivity test showed that high and medium doses of Leonurus japonicus extract and compound could significantly improve the level of ear swelling and enhance the immunity of mice;In the results of phagocytic function of mononuclear macrophages,the high dose and compound group could significantly improve the phagocytic rate of mononuclear macrophages,and the phagocytic index of high,medium dose and compound group was significantly higher than that of the control group.CONCLUSION The extract of fresh Leonurus japonicus and its compound can improve the immune level of mice.
