摘  要:目的建立检测碘海醇注射液中氨丁三醇含量的电位滴定法。方法采用电位滴定法,以稀盐酸为溶剂,用氢氧化钠滴定液滴定,以两次突跃点消耗氢氧化钠滴定液的容积差值计算氨丁三醇含量。结果氨丁三醇在0.6~1.8 mg·mL^(-1)的浓度范围内与滴定液消耗体积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率为102.8%,RSD为1.4%。结论本方法简单、灵敏、准确,可用于碘海醇注射液中氨丁三醇的含量检测。OBJECTIVE To establish a potentiometric titration for the determination of tromethamine in iohexol injection.METHODS Iodohydrin was dissolved in dilute hydrochloric acid and titrated with sodium hydroxide titrant.The content of tromethamine was calculated by the volume difference of sodium hydroxide titrate consumed by two sudden jump points.RESULTS In the concentration range of 0.6-1.8 mg·mL^(-1),there was a good linear relationship between the consumption volume of titrant and the concentration of tromethamine.The average recovery was 102.8%and RSD was 1.4%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and can be used to determine the content of tromethamine in iohexol injection.
