基于出库情况分析的医院药库管理工作改进措施研究

摘　　要：目的通过分析医院药库的年出库情况,提出优化建议,优化日常工作,保证药品管理质量。方法分析汕头市中医医院HIS信息系统中导出2012年~2021年的年出库情况数据,结合每年医院药品目录的药品品种数建立直线回归模型,并利用回归模型进行预测。结果药品出库个数与目录品种数线性回归关系显著(F=39.300,P<0.05),平均单品种药品的出库数量与目录品种数线性回归关系显著(F=44.424,P<0.05)。通过模型预测目录品种数增加至1000个时,年出库药品个数增长到41810.656个,置信水平95%的区间为(39559.032,44062.280);年平均单品种药品的出库数量下降至35.851个,置信水平95%的区间为(28.468,43.234)。结论医院药品目录品种数增加可导致药品出库数量增加和平均单药品出库数量的减少。为保证药品管理质量,同时压缩药品的机械流通成本,让药师加强药学服务,药库必须在各环节工作做出优化整改。OBJECTIVE To analyze the annual drug output situation of hospital drug storehouse and put forward recommendations for Optimizing daily work,so that ensure the quality of drug management.METHODS 2012-2021 Annual drug output situation data from Shantou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine information system was analyzed,establish linear regression model combined with the number of varieties in the annual hospital drug supply catalog(DC),and use the regression model to predict.RESULTS There is a linear regression relationship between numbers of drugs output from hospital drug storehouse(DO)annually and the number of DC(F=39.300,P<0.05).There is a linear regression relationship between average output number of a single drug annually and the number of DC(F=44.424,P<0.05).According to the prediction of the model,when the number of drug catalog varieties increases to 1000,the number of DO annually increases to 41810.656,and the interval of 95%confidence level is(39559.032,44062.280);The annual average output number of a single drug decreased to 35.851,and the interval of 95%confidence level was(28.468,43.234).CONCLUSION The increase in the number of varieties on the hospital drug supply catalog can lead to an increase in the number of DO and a decrease in the average drug output number of a single variety.In order to ensure the quality of drug management,compress the cost of drug mechanical circulation,let pharmacists strengthen pharmaceutical care,the drug storehouse must optimize and rectify the daily work of each link.
