摘　　要：目的通过对我院2019年6月~2020年5月住院药房退药信息的研究,对我院住院药房的退药原因进行分析,从而加强退药的管理。方法选取2019年6月~2020年5月住院药房退药医嘱数4851条进行回顾性分析,统计退药原因以及科室退药金额。结果住院药房出现退药的原因主要有出院退药、不良反应的出现以及治疗方案的改变等。结论对医院住院药房退药,仍需加强管理,改善退药情况,增加用药的安全性。OBJECTIVE Through the research on the information of drug withdrawals in inpatient pharmacies in our hospital from June 2019 to May 2020,the reasons for drug withdrawals in our hospital′s inpatient pharmacies are analyzed,so as to strengthen the management of drug withdrawals.METHODS From June 2019 to May 2020,4851 medical orders for drug returns in inpatient pharmacies were selected for retrospective analysis,and the reasons for drug withdrawals and the amount of drug withdrawals in departments were counted.RESULTS The reasons for the withdrawal of drugs in inpatient pharmacies are mainly discharge and withdrawal,the appearance of adverse reactions and changes in treatment plans.CONCLUSION For the withdrawal of drugs from hospital inpatient pharmacies,it is still necessary to strengthen management,improve the withdrawal of drugs,and increase the safety of medication.
