摘 要:目的研究不同剂量^(60)Co-γ射线辐照灭菌对辛夷中木兰脂素含量的影响。方法HPLC法测定经不同剂量辐照、二次辐照灭菌后辛夷中木兰脂素的含量,并进行分析比较。结果辛夷经不同剂量辐照灭菌前后木兰脂素含量差异无统计学意义,木兰脂素含量RSD均小于0.5%。结论不同剂量、二次辐照灭菌对辛夷质量控制成分木兰脂素含量无显著影响,辛夷现行质量控制标准和评价体系无法有效控制辐照后辛夷的质量安全状况,有待加强中药材饮片辐照灭菌相关监管和评价体系。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of different doses of^(60)Co-γray irradiation sterilization on the content of magnolias in Magnolia liliflora.METHODS HPLC method was used to determine the content of magnolialin in Magnolia liliflora after different doses of irradiation and secondary irradiation sterilization,and compared.RESULTS There was no significant difference in the content of magnolias before and after sterilization by different irradiations,and the RSD of the content was less than 5%.CONCLUSION Different doses and secondary irradiation sterilization have no significant effect on the content of magnolia,a quality control component of Magnolia liliflora,and the supervision and evaluation system related to irradiation sterilization of medicinal materials needs to be strengthened.
