摘　　要：目的探讨肝肾移植术后他克莫司血药浓度陡然升高的影响因素。方法1例肝肾联合移植患者术后他克莫司血药浓度突然升高,从患者基础疾病、基因多态性、合并用药等复杂的因素中逐一进行分析,最终确定影响因素。结果伏立康唑片引起患者他克莫司血药浓度升高。结论在肝肾移植术后的用药中,要重视伏立康唑片和他克莫司的相互作用。OBJECTIVE To explore the influencing factors of the sudden increase of tacrolimus blood concentration after liver and kidney transplantation.METHODS The blood concentration of tacrolimus in a patient with combined liver-kidney transplantation suddenly increased after surgery.The patient′s basic disease,genetic polymorphism,combined medication and other complex factors were analyzed one by one,and the influencing factors were finally determined.RESULTS Voriconazole tablets caused an increase in the patient′s blood concentration of tacrolimus.CONCLUSION In the medication after liver and kidney transplantation,attention should be paid to the interaction between voriconazole tablets and tacrolimus.
