摘　　要：脂质体肺部给药作为一种非侵入性给药形式,给药方式和处方组成与一般制剂有明显区别,具有定位靶向、无首过效应、缓释性等优点,目前成为肺部疾病治疗的重要手段。该文就脂质体肺部给药的优势、给药方式和在抗菌药物中的应用进行综述,为今后脂质体肺部给药的研发创新提供启发和思路。As a non-invasive form of drug delivery,liposomal-mediated pulmonary drug delivery system is significantly different from general preparations in terms of mode of administration and prescription composition,with the merit of drug deposition at the diseased site,lack of first-pass metabolism,and controlled release.Currently,it has become an important means for the treatment of lung diseases.In this paper,we review the advantages of pulmonary delivery of liposomes,mode of administration and its application in antimicrobial agent to provide inspirations and ideas for the development of pulmonary delivery of liposomes in the future.
