品管圈在降低住院药房麻醉药品、第一类精神药品处方不合格率中的应用

摘　　要：目的探索降低我院住院药房麻醉药品、第一类精神药品处方(简称“麻、精一药品处方”)不合格率的方法,提高住院药房麻、精一药品的管理质量,保障患者用药安全。方法根据品管圈理论及十大步骤开展活动,对比活动前后处方不合格率,计算目标达成率、进步率。结果通过此次品管圈活动,处方不合格率由28.92%降低至7.26%,目标达成率是127.11%。进步率74.90%。制定了麻、精一药品相关管理制度及标准化工作流程并在工作中实施。经过1年时间观察,处方不合格率维持较低水平,品管圈效果得到了很好的维持。结论本期品管圈活动降低了我院住院药房麻、精一药品处方不合格率,提高了我院住院药房麻、精一药品管理的医疗质量安全。OBJECTIVE To explore the methods to reduce the unqualified rate of prescriptions of anesthetic drugs and class I psychotropic drugs(referred to as“prescriptions of anesthetic and psychotropic drugs”)in inpatient pharmacy of our hospital,improve the management quality of anesthetic and psychotropic drugs in inpatient pharmacy,and ensure the safety of drug use for patients.METHODS According to the theory of quality control circle and ten steps to carry out activities,taking the reduction of unqualified rate of prescription as the assessment index,find out the causes of unqualified prescription,explore effective countermeasures and implement,compare the unqualified rate of prescription before and after the activities,calculate the target achievement rate and progress rate.RESULTS The unqualified rate of prescription was reduced from 28.92%to 7.26%,and the target achievement rate was 127.11%.The improvement rate was 74.90%.Also achieved better intangible results.Formulated the related management system and standardized work flow of anesthesia and psychotropic drugs and implemented it in the work.After one year′s observation,the unqualified rate of prescriptions of hemp and semen was stably reduced,and the quality control effect was well maintained.CONCLUSION The quality control circle activities in this period reduced the unqualified rate of anesthetic and psychotropic drug prescription in inpatient pharmacy of our hospital and improved the medical quality and safety of anesthetic and psychotropic drug management in inpatient pharmacy of our hospital.
